How It Works
Open the Crop Early
The tighter, notched front section creates aggressive grain-on-grain threshing to release grain early in the rotor.
Increase Separation Area
The bar spacing opens progressively as crop moves through the Case IH threshing system, so grain separates sooner instead of carrying farther through the combine.
Load the Sieves More Evenly
The model-specific concave design distributes grain across more of the cleaning system, reducing concentrated loading.

Razors Edge Concaves are available for compatible Case IH Flagship and 88 Series combines. Select your model or send us your combine model and year so we can confirm the correct concave set.
Wheat, canola, barley, corn, soybeans, edible beans, and other cereals and oilseeds. Combine settings may need adjusting as crops and harvest conditions change.
Designed to run without cover plates in most conditions. A cover plate may be used as a fallback when a specific crop or difficult condition requires additional threshing.
Follow the model-specific installation manual and make sure the concaves are properly levelled before harvest. Product support is available during installation.

From Case IH Operators
The Razors Edge concaves have been a game-changer for us this harvest season. Adjustments are quick and simple, saving us time without the hassle of cover plates. The clean sample we're getting, even with mixed dry and green beans, has been impressive. The concaves handle residue efficiently, and we haven't faced any plugging issues like before.
The design, with progressively wider openings toward the back, has significantly improved grain flow and made the combine perform better. I no longer have to change concaves or deal with cover plates. The even grain distribution across the pan is a big improvement, especially compared to the overload I used to get on the right side.
I have never been able to put out as many whole cobs out the back end of the machine. When I look at having whole cobs coming out and they're all threshed, we are getting everything we can from the corn as gently as we possibly can.
The sample quality is excellent. We've actually had to lower fan speeds to dirty up the sample, if anything. They run a real clean sample.
